These terms govern use of the KUAN website. KUAN is a fashion discovery and catalogue service. The website does not provide online checkout, customer accounts or automatically conclude sales.

Catalogue information

Product pages are provided for discovery and enquiry. Availability, sizing, condition, price, delivery options and transaction-specific details must be confirmed directly before any purchase is agreed.

Enquiries

The Enquire button opens Telegram, a third-party service. Starting an enquiry does not reserve a product or create a contract of sale.

Product descriptions

KUAN aims to present products clearly, but photographs, colours, measurements and descriptions may vary according to source information, displays and individual items. Any material point should be confirmed before completing a transaction.

Brand and authenticity claims

KUAN does not make an authenticity, origin, certification or provenance claim merely because a brand or model name appears in a catalogue title. Any specific claim must be expressly confirmed in the relevant transaction information.

Third-party services

The website may link to Telegram and other external services. KUAN does not control those services and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Website availability

KUAN may change, remove or update catalogue content without notice, including where a piece becomes unavailable. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

The KUAN name, identity, layout and original site materials may not be copied or presented as another business without permission. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
